Overview

About the role: As our Regional Facilities Team Lead, you will be based at our Dungannon site, as well as our new Belfast office, with full responsibility for the day-to-day upkeep of our NI offices. Our brand is a big deal to us, and our offices are a huge part of who we are, therefore, we’re looking for somebody who is passionate about employee and client experience, as well as keeping our Northern Ireland sites looking amazing, fresh and unique. You’ll be part of a wider facilities team who work across our nationwide sites to keep our offices running like clock-work. As the Regional Facilities Team Lead for NI, you’ll work alongside the wider Facilities Management team to drive a cohesive and consistent approach across all sites. The role includes working with contractors to maintain our sites, general upkeep, overseeing equipment ordering, some admin and post process management, health and safety, budget control, all whilst keeping in mind our sustainability goals. With our exciting growth plans in full swing, we’re looking for somebody who also thrives on improvement and change.

Responsibilities
  • Line managing the Regional Facilities Team Members, organising and facilitating weekly team meetings, and deliver a “best in class” client experience which represents our brand
  • Maintaining and improving the look and feel of the building, championing client experience, and ensuring the smooth running of offices for clients and team members alike
  • Approving relevant works required regarding repairs and maintenance and working with contractors to obtain quotes, schedule and complete works
  • Driving the condensing of our current Dungannon property portfolio
  • Aligning supplier contracts where appropriate, working with Head of Facilities to negotiate new contracts, and updating contractor paperwork, contracts and safe working policies
  • Maintaining office compliance by following the guidance and processes of our Compliance Competent Person, including some compliance admin and associated scheduled checks
  • Assisting Head of Facilities to drive forward and implement energy efficiency measures within our offices, to work towards our net zero journey
  • Management of stationary and credit card spend
  • Liaise with the Firm’s cleaning provider to ensure they are able to perform their role efficiently, reviewing contract as appropriate
  • Help to drive Community, Social and Wellbeing Programme for offices within remit, with direction and support from our Engagement Team
  • General administrative duties and support to the Office Administration Team on day to day duties as required
