Location: National travel required (UK driving licence essential)

The Role

As Regional EYFS Lead for the South, you will champion quality, excellence, and compliance across RAFAKidz settings within a designated region, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and outcomes for children. Reporting to the Executive Director of RAFAKidz, you will play a pivotal role in embedding the RAFAKidz curriculum, supporting staff development, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Drive quality, excellence, and regulatory compliance across all settings in the region.
  • Support settings to deliver the RAFAKidz curriculum consistently and effectively.
  • Oversee the regional training and development programme including compliance with the RAFAKidz mandatory training programme.
  • Monitor the provision of resources, equipment, and continuous provision across settings.
  • Act as the regional point of contact for the RAFAKidz apprenticeship scheme partner.

About You

We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable and experienced multi-site leader with a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and inspection processes.
  • Experience of working in partnership with external bodies or agencies to achieve positive outcomes for Children and Young People.
  • Knowledge of the regulatory and inspection requirements for childcare and early years provision across England and the devolved nations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence the actions of others and communicate information which may be complex and contentious.
  • Ability to analyse complex information and produce reports including statistical analysis for presentation at all levels and monitor programme delivery against objectives and targets.
