Persimmon Homes is seeking a Division External Affairs Manager to lead external affairs across the Eastern Counties division, with occasional travel to the Central division. The role involves managing local stakeholder engagement and press activity, working with the Head of External Affairs and senior management to shape communications and policy responses.

Key duties include drafting press materials, organising stakeholder events, monitoring political trends, and ensuring consistent messaging

Qualifikationen

• Experience engaging with political and business stakeholders.
• Previous experience in a press office or PR-related role would be beneficial.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proven record of generating positive, proactive press and PR stories.
• Experience in a large organisation would be advantageous.

• Support and lead external affairs activities and stakeholder engagement.
• Draft press releases, letters, and other communications to deliver our strategy.
• Organise stakeholder and press events and monitor political/policy issues.
• Ensure Persimmon's messages are delivered to the right audiences and aligned with internal comms.
• Travel across divisions as needed.
