Culina, part of IPS, is seeking a Regional Engineer to support Midlands regional maintenance, drive cost reductions, and improve plant efficiencies. The role focuses on preventative and corrective maintenance, with ownership of projects from start to finish and collaboration with production teams.
You will implement maintenance tasks, perform fault diagnosis, and contribute to continuous improvement, while developing within a dynamic logistics and manufacturing environment in the UK.

IPS have a wonderful opportunity to join the team as a Regional Engineer. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment. You'll thrive on variety, take ownership of your work, and bring energy and ideas to the team. You will ensure the implementation of preventative and corrective maintenance tasks and improvements across the Midlands Region, and provide solutions to reduce costs and improve plant efficiencies.
Experience of working in a food factory environment would be advantageous.
Fully complete apprenticeship is desirable, with packing experience.
Basic computer literacy.
Able to communicate and motivate others is an essential part of the role. Understanding of internal systems and processes, with the ability to work within these parameters. An understanding of health and safety requirements is essential.
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive disposition, and a clear focus on meeting deadlines. Must be flexible in approach to work and undertake overtime during busy periods when required.
Management Ability - The post holder must be able to work under pressure both as part of a team and on own initiative. Must also be able to communicate effectively to ensure the smooth running of the department. Must be able to make own decisions and liaise with other department colleagues and/or departments.
