ADAS is seeking a Principal Ecological Consultant in Leeds to lead ecological delivery across infrastructure and development projects. The role combines home and on-site work with a regional leadership focus to shape project pipelines and strengthen client relationships.

You will guide surveys, ensure compliance with wildlife legislation, and mentor a team of ecologists while collaborating with utility companies and developers in a hybrid work environment.
