Job description
Regional Department Delivery Co-ordinator:
  • Support regional leadership in delivering business excellence across our Regional Operations.
  • Prioritise and manage communications for the leadership team
  • This is a part time (26 hours per week) hybrid role with 80% homeworking options and 20% in Bristol or York after successful training
About the role:

We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our Regional Operations team as a Department Delivery Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term contract, minimum three days a week (26 hours). This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the Regional Heads of Department and their leadership team in achieving departmental goals.

In this varied and high‑profile role, you’ll coordinate, monitor and deliver against key objectives, providing first‑class administrative and organisational support for our Senior Management to ensure the smooth running of their department including liaising with stakeholders across the business to align key activities and performance measures.

You will maintain and coordinate complex calendars, ensuring meetings, appointments, and travel logistics are efficiently organised. Anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them proactively. You’ll also lead on local projects, supporting governance, documentation, and continuous improvement, while identifying and resolving potential risks to delivery timescales.

As a key point of contact, you’ll prioritise and manage communications for the leadership team, ensuring critical actions are identified and completed. You’ll also help to plan and deliver internal communications across a variety of channels, helping to keep our people informed and engaged.

You’ll prepare and manage documents, reports, and presentations, and track actions arising from key meetings and forums to maintain focus and momentum.

This is a dynamic position offering exposure across multiple areas of the business, ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, influencing outcomes, and supporting senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

About you:

You’ll be an experienced and highly organised coordinator or executive assistant, confident working with senior leaders and managing multiple priorities at once. With strong business awareness and attention to detail, you’ll thrive in a role that demands initiative, discretion, and professionalism.

You’ll have experience coordinating projects or delivering high‑quality administrative support in a business environment, with the ability to analyse information, identify improvements, and support delivery through collaboration and clear communication.

Resilient, proactive, and approachable, you’ll be comfortable influencing others, building credibility quickly, and maintaining effective working relationships across departments and regions.
