Regional Data Centre Program Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Champion regional excellence by developing and sharing best practices across European data centre sites.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by documenting lessons learned and refining post-RNI (Ready for Network Integration) processes.
• Empower local teams through training and mentoring to support lifecycle network operations effectively.
• Ensure global alignment by harmonising post-RNI procedures across international regions.
• Own end-to-end network project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
• Promote a culture of safety, security, and compliance within all operational activities.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with network customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with site management and technical teams to successfully launch new data centre locations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in program or project management within large, complex organisations.
• At least 3 years' experience in enterprise-level data centre operations.
• Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional infrastructure projects.
• Deep understanding of network technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing, and switching.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Technical proficiency in network lifecycle management and operational frameworks.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience with global infrastructure rollouts and post-RNI lifecycle frameworks is advantageous.
