Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking a Regional Commercial Manager to deliver a portfolio of social housing refurbishment and decarbonisation projects across the Midlands. You will lead the commercial strategy, procurement, risk management, and post-contract activities to drive margin and client satisfaction.

Travel across sites in Leicestershire, Warwickshire and Cambridgeshire is required. The role offers a salary up to £90,000 plus car/allowance, bonus and benefits, with clear progression

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a commercial role with a main contractor delivering similar projects.
• Strong understanding of TPC, JCT, or NEC contract
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the commercial activity across multiple social housing contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Managing project P&L, forecasts, valuations, and reporting to consistently achieve or exceed financial objectives.
• Partnering with operational teams to enhance contract performance and maximise client satisfaction.
• Supporting contract mobilisation, execution, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Championing innovation and identifying opportunities to drive growth, efficiency, and added value
