Healthcare Homes Group is seeking a Regional Clinical Support Nurse to travel between Norfolk and Suffolk homes, providing clinical leadership, audits and governance support. You will monitor care standards, guide nursing staff and work with Home Managers to implement action plans.
The role requires a caring nature, patience and a commitment to excellence in resident care, with regular visits, investigations as needed and liaison with Local Authority/CCG partners.
Qualifications
- Must be NMC registered and have a caring nature, patient with a passion for high-quality care.
- Experience in supporting and providing clinical audits is essential.
- Previous experience of working in a care home is essential.
Responsabilités
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to the homes and perform clinical audits with Regional Managers.
- Provide guidance, leadership and action plans to nursing staff and Home Managers.
- Investigate accidents/incidents and report clinical matters to the Home Manager.
- Build relationships with local external bodies (Local Authority, CCG) to support clinical governance.
