Job summary

NHS England North East & Yorkshire Regional Team is seeking a Regional Chief Pharmacist to provide professional leadership in medicines and pharmaceutical issues across the region. You will lead the Regional Chief Pharmacist Office Team and work within a multidisciplinary NHS England Regional Team, coordinating with Integrated Care Systems and other partners.

Qualifications

• leadership for medicines and pharmaceutical issues across the North East & Yorkshire

Responsibilities

• Act as the regional link with the National Chief Pharmaceutical Officer for England’s team
• Engage with the community pharmacy sector as well as other stakeholders and partners
• Collaborate with Chief Pharmacists of the four Integrated Care Systems and all secondary care providers
• Support onboarding via ESR and Inter Authority Transfer (IAT) activities
