• Create nutritious, flavoursome and well-balanced menus.
• Take ownership of the kitchen and support team development.
• Deliver high hotel/restaurant standards without split shifts.

Skills

Experience with front of house team

Good understanding of HACCP and COSHH

Knowledge of modified diets

Education
