Job summary

OSJCT Group is seeking a Peripatetic Chef to support our 24 care homes across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire. The role involves regional travel, covering shifts, and delivering high-quality meals with attention to residents' dietary needs.

You will manage budgets and stock, lead a kitchen team, and ensure nutritious, varied menus. Driving is essential for this regional position, with a 37.5-hour week and weekend work as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a professional kitchen for large numbers.
• Ability to plan menus including specialist diets.
• Proven leadership, motivation and team inspiration.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to 24 care homes across Wiltshire and Gloucestershire.
• Lead and develop kitchen teams and manage budgets and stock.
• Ensure high-quality meals and nutrition for residents; travel regionally and drive as required.
