Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Regional Business Manager for Home Therapies in the UK. This field-based role focuses on promoting the full product range, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with Therapy Specialist Nurses and Key Opinion Leaders to drive business development across assigned territories.

The ideal candidate has a proven healthcare sales background, strong relationship management and strategic planning skills, and the ability to work independently within a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experienced healthcare sales professional with a strong track record in business development and customer relationship management.
• Skilled in consumable sales with exposure to capital equipment and deep understanding of healthcare environments.
• Strong communicator with influencing skills, and the ability to build trusted internal and external relationships.
• Analytical, strategic, and confident in territory planning, forecasting, and delivering against regional sales and market share targets.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote, generate and meet company sales targets across the entire product range, whilst achieving personal and company objectives.
• Liaise with Therapy Specialist Nurse on a regular basis to discuss territory/account activity and evaluate products and therapy developments.
• Coordinate with appropriate personnel to organize products for evaluations and lead product evaluations in targeted accounts.
• Work with Key Opinion Leaders to support market access and product positioning.
