Job summary

Our client is seeking a Regional Building Surveyor to oversee a portfolio of properties across the South Mids/North London region. You will ensure properties are compliant, fit for purpose, well maintained, and invested to high standards.

Responsibilities include managing compliance, planning maintenance, and leading capital projects while working with contractors and internal teams. Travel across the region is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Building surveying degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in multi-site property maintenance and investment.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage property compliance and maintenance planning.
• Oversee capital expenditure projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Provide advice on landlord/tenant legislation and property matters.
• Travel regularly to inspect sites across the region.
