Job summary

Property Management Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a rapidly growing residential operator in London to appoint a Regional Building Safety & Compliance Manager. You will own Building Safety, Fire Safety and Health & Safety across a diverse portfolio and report into senior leadership.

The role offers autonomy, exposure to strategic decision-making and potential for long-term progression. You will lead audits, risk assessments and remediation programmes, ensuring alignment with Building Safety

Qualifications

Building Safety, Fire Safety and Health & Safety experience in residential property.
Experience with Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs).
Background in BTR, PBSA, Block Management or mixed-use residential environments.

Responsibilities

Lead Building Safety, Fire Safety and Health & Safety across a growing residential portfolio.
Act as subject matter expert on Building Safety Act and related legislation.
Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments and remediation programmes.
Oversee fire safety compliance, including fire door inspection programmes.
Develop and improve compliance policies, procedures and reporting.
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
Manage and develop a Health & Safety Coordinator.
Collaborate with operational teams to drive compliance and safety standards.
