Qualifications

  • Some experience in administrative or coordination roles, gained within any industry.
  • Sound organisational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong relationship builder, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Support Distribution Managers and Account Managers with the delivery of the Midlands & South-West region’s Distribution strategy.
  • Engage with key stakeholders across the business to maintain a consistently cohesive approach to brokers and clients.
  • Network internally and externally to promote the interests of the business and contribute to the knowledge-sharing culture.
  • Assist with the preparation of performance reports to monitor performance and governance.
  • Support the management and delivery of strategic broker pipelines.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of Salesforce to build and monitor healthy pipelines.
  • Analyse market dynamics and develop market cycle awareness.
