Overview

We are looking for an outstanding Regional Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) with a current UK NMC PIN number and a passion for delivering outstanding care. You will have the opportunity to pick up flexible bank shifts across Greater Manchester and the North West including:

  • Bury – Cygnet Bury Hospitals (Hudson, Dunes & Forestwood) – BL8 2BS
  • Oldham – Cygnet Kenney House – OL8 2QH
  • Salford – Cygnet Salford Lodge – M6 7WQ
Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments & observations.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit and improve quality.
  • Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge and promote nursing.
  • Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals.
  • Administer medicines within healthcare procedure & Healthcare Commission guidelines.
