Job summary

Zenon is seeking a Regional Engineering and Compliance Specialist to enhance safety and compliance across UK and European operations. The role focuses on airworthiness standards within Part 145 and CAMO environments, driving safety initiatives and audits.

You will engage with airworthiness teams UK-wide and across the EU, including travel to client bases in Europe. Hybrid working and flexible arrangements are offered, with Scotlandbased candidate preferred but other UK bases considered.

Qualifications

• Must have or have held professional aviation accreditations such as a maintenance engineer license or CAMO experience.
• Knowledge of UK CAA/EASA regulations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office software suite.
• Incident Investigator qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate audits to support the quality audit program and safety oversight.
• Investigate accidents/incidents related to airworthiness; develop preventative recommendations.
• Deliver safety-related training to staff and management on the Safety Management System (SMS).
• Support managers with Safety-related activities (e.g., Management of Change, Risk Assessment, CAPA).
• Host external auditors (regulators, clients) and ensure regulatory compliance.
