Job summary

Scolmore is seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Lincolnshire, Nottingham and Leicester. The role involves identifying, developing and growing new business opportunities while managing an expanding account portfolio.

You will build strong relationships with local contractors to support and drive a push-pull sales strategy. The role requires regular UK travel, with occasional overnight stays, and a proactive approach to sales, planning visits, and CRM upkeep.

Qualifications

• Proven sales professional with high-value accounts.
• Ability to develop opportunities in new and existing accounts.
• Valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Sell Scolmore Ltd product offers into distributors within the designated area (Push/Pull).
• Support local contractors with joint calls, trade counter events, local meetings and product training.
• Proactively build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with regular visits.
• Present solutions and gain agreement from customers to ensure added value for both sides.
• Maintain CRM records and plan visits to maximise effectiveness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
