Qualifications

• Multi-site leadership experience within a fast-paced retail business is essential.
• Experience as Area Manager or Regional Manager or equivalent multi-site leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading multiple stores in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience delivering sales and operational results.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop Store Managers.
• Excellent organisational, communication and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on, adaptable and results-focused leadership style.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a high-volume retail operation.
• Genuine passion for people development and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop a team of Store Managers across a regional portfolio.
• Drive sales, profitability and commercial performance across your area.
• Develop and coach Store Managers to maximise individual and team potential.
• Ensure operational excellence and consistently high retail standards.
• Analyse performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain strong operational, compliance and people standards across all stores.
• Work collaboratively with senior leadership to deliver regional business objectives.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
