This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge of rural land and property issues to join a respected membership organisation that plays a key role in shaping rural policy and supporting landowners across the region.

The role is based in a beautiful countryside office near Chippenham and offers a varied and impactful workload, from advising members on planning and infrastructure to representing their interests in consultations and public forums.

  • A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving

Experience with infrastructure projects and compulsory purchase is a bonus.

Why Join CLA?

This is more than just a technical advisory role. You’ll be part of a team influencing rural policy, supporting members through change, and helping shape the future of the countryside. You’ll attend regional events, contribute to campaigns, and work closely with stakeholders across the South West.
