Qualifications

• At least two years' experience relevant to adoption in the past five years.
• At least one year's experience supervising and managing professional staff.
• In-depth knowledge of childcare law and practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team supporting families post adoption order.
• Oversee service delivery and practice, monitoring performance against standards.
• Report to the Service Manager and support Deputy Team Managers.
