Job summary

A local authority is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a complex regeneration programme. The role involves leading site acquisition and managing CPO processes. Candidates should have a strong background in regeneration and experience dealing with multi-stakeholder challenges. The contract is for 6 months with an option for remote work 2-3 days a week.

Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority to appoint an experienced Project Manager to support a highly complex regeneration programme entering a critical pre-construction phase. The role will focus on CPO strategy, site assembly and consultant management to ensure continued momentum on this early-stage scheme.

Responsibilities
  • Lead on site acquisition and site assembly activities.
  • Manage CPO processes and coordinate related advisory input.
  • Oversee consultant procurement, appointments and ongoing management.
  • Engage effectively with cultural institutions, university partners, arts organisations and community stakeholders.
  • Support development of pre-construction strategy and the scoping of consultant briefs.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in regeneration, or mixed‑use placemaking.
  • Experience working on complex sites with land, legal or multi‑stakeholder challenges.
  • Ability to manage specialist advisors and coordinate external technical teams.
  • Experience reporting to senior leadership and working autonomously in early‑stage development.
