Location: RH16 1UA Full Time: 39hours per week Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7am - 3.30pm and Friday 7am - 2.30pm with 30 minute unpaid break. Options for weekend overtime.

Salary: £27,009 per annum + excellent benefits

Join our Mid Sussex team as a Refuse and Recycling Loader and play a vital role in keeping Haywards Heath clean, safe, and sustainable. Working alongside a professional and friendly team, you'll deliver a full waste and recycling service to local residents and businesses. Your efforts will help maintain high standards across the community while providing excellent customer service every step of the way.

You’ll be entrusted to:
  • Complete a pre-planned route with the driver and loaders in your team, collecting waste and recycling from residential homes and commercial properties.
  • Be the public face of Serco in the community.
  • Contribute to keeping the area beautiful, safe and a clean place to live and work - a responsibility we take great pride in!
