• Proven experience as a team lead or supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to forge key relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist the demand planning team to ensure availability of materials.
• Responsible for refurb targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure right stock at the right place.
• Conduct daily stand-ups with the team to review performance.
• Develop a culture of continuous improvement within refurb teams.
