High technical level of experience on all HVAC refrigeration systems (HVACR) especially chilled water systems – chillers, commercial heat pumps, chiller controls, heat pump controls and chiller controls.
A leading HVAC service provider seeks an experienced Refrigeration Service Technician to add to their specialist hydronics chilled water plant team. You will be focused on commercial planned preventive maintenance contracts and emergency fault find and fix on commercial and light process industry chilled water based chillers and commercial heat pumps.
You will have extensive previous hands‑on experience servicing all refrigerant based HVAC systems and controls. Ideally you will be highly capable at fault find and fix. F‑Gas, hydrocarbons, refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications / certifications and manufacturer training would be an advantage. If you have worked your way up on the tools as an apprentice and are highly knowledgeable with or without Level 2 or Level 3 refrigeration and air conditioning certifications then please still apply. A good knowledge of chillers, chiller controls and commercial heat pumps would be an advantage.
A leading national HVAC service provider whose highly skilled service technicians are capable of servicing, fault finding and fixing all refrigeration based HVAC systems especially water‑cooled chillers and commercial heat pumps along with associated controls. Clients are mainly commercial and some light process sites.
Initial indications are a base salary from £52,000 up to £58,000 with bonus for high experience, 37 hrs per week, overtime a company van or a car will be provided along with up to 14% pension contribution, private healthcare and dental. Furthermore, up to 27 days holiday + bank holidays.
