About the Role

We are currently seeking a Vehicle Refrigeration Technician to join our skilled and growing team based in NR15. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation of refrigeration units in commercial panel vans, working from detailed job specifications to deliver high-quality installations to our customers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen interest in vehicle systems or light engineering, looking to develop their skills with full training and all tools provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install refrigeration systems to commercial vans, following job specifications
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools to fit condenser units (roof-mounted) and evaporator units (load space)
  • Carry out basic electrical installations including connection of wiring looms
  • Route and connect piping and electrical components to a clean and professional standard
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
  • Perform other workshop duties as required
