Job summary

Arcus FM Limited in Devon is seeking a Senior Refrigeration Engineer progressing into a Managing Engineer role. You will lead a mobile team, ensure PPMs and reactive maintenance are delivered to supermarket refrigeration systems, with CO2 experience.

The role requires a City & Guilds Refrigeration qualification, 5 years post-qualification, and a full UK driving licence. UK FM experience and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds qualification in Refrigeration (or equivalent) including F-Gas.
• Co2 experience in supermarket environments.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience on a mobile basis.
• 18th Edition electrical installation (desirable).
• Full UK driving licence is essential.
• FM environment experience with supermarket refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team, daily point of contact, provide management support, guidance and development.
• Provide technical support and training to Refrigeration Engineers.
• Control staffing day to day and on-call rota management.
• Assist HR processes including return to work, disciplinary handling, and performance reviews.
• Provide technical assistance for major operational issues and incidents.
• Assist team with high quality PPM work.
• Attend client and manager meetings within the region.
