Job Title: Refrigeration Engineer Location: Reading Contract Type: Permanent Working Hours: 45 Hours Per Week Salary: £ 51,027.59 5% Special Location Allowance £2000 Joining Incentive (Inclusive of Standby Payment), Overtime, Travel Time, 33 Days Holiday, Private Pension & Benefits - Including Private Health Care, Life Insurance, Employee Discounts. Here’s what our incentive offers: £500 incentive payment– Paid in your first month’s salary! £500 incentive payment – Paid when you successfully complete your probation. (If extended, it will be paid once probation is signed off.) £500 incentive payment – Paid after 6 months of service! (If referred, your colleague gets £300 too.) £500 incentive payment – Paid after 1 year of service! This is a key position, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across several site locations. You will be the first line in all service and maintenance throughout your allocated sites. To effectively maintain service and repair Refrigeration Equipment in customer locations and provide assistance to HVAC equipment containing refrigeration circuits. Engineering teams provide 24hr service cover throughout the year to customer’s equipment through the use of planned and extended working hours including participation in standby rota procedures.
The ideal candidate: Good communication skills (written and verbal), 5 years’ experience, Full driving licence.
