We are seeking an experienced Retail Refrigeration Engineer to join my clients growing team across Scotland due to recent successful tendering process. Our client is a leading contractor, covering supermarket and retail refrigeration sites across the UK.

The Refrigeration Engineer will be carrying out service, maintenance, and repair of a variety of refrigeration systems, including CO2, hydrocarbon, and F‑Gas based system. Our client operates with long standing clients such as Aldi, Scotmid COOP and WHSmith Travel.

Refrigeration Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a refrigeration engineer within retail environments.
• Strong working knowledge of CO2 and hydrocarbon systems.
• F‑Gas Category 1 certification (essential).
• Desirable to hold City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willing to travel across Scotland.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £48,000 DOE.
• 40 hour week.

• 1‑6 callout £200 standby – will grow to 1‑8 OT rates at £30ph.
