McM Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join a growing business covering the North West. This permanent role involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing heavy commercial and CO₂ refrigeration systems across diverse sites.

The company offers ongoing training, career development, and long-term progression opportunities. Ideal candidates will have experience with heavy commercial refrigeration, F‑Gas certification, and a strong customer-service

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Refrigeration Service Engineer.
• Experience servicing heavy commercial and CO₂ refrigeration systems.
• F-Gas Certification required.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.

Mansioni

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete repairs to minimise customer downtime.
• Service heavy commercial and CO₂ refrigeration equipment.
• Respond to reactive maintenance and breakdown calls.
• Ensure all work complies with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
• Provide a professional service and build strong customer relationships.
• Complete service reports and maintain documentation.
