Job description

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join their team. This role requires excellent client-facing skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for the work.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning systems across the Midlands.
• Diagnose and resolve faults, providing clear reporting via electronic worksheets.
• Work within a 40-mile radius of our Birmingham office.
• Ensure safe working practices in line with health & safety procedures.

Candidate Requirements

• Fully qualified Refrigeration Engineer with C&G 2079 F-Gas certification.
• Experience in service and maintenance.
• NVQ / C&G Level 2 in Refrigeration (or equivalent).
• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and innovative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
