?? Salary: Up to £45,000 + Overtime + Door to Door Pay
?? Hours: 40 hours per week
?? On Call: 1 in 5 (£160 standby, OT x1.5)

The Role

We’re now looking for an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding team coveringHemel / Swindon and Oxford.

You’ll be responsible for service, maintenance, and installation works across a range of commercial sites, including pubs, schools, care homes, and hotels.

Typical equipment includes:

• Cold Rooms
• Bottle Coolers / Under Counter Fridges / Freezers
• Ice Machines
• VRV / VRF Systems
• Split Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• Installation of new systems when required
• Fault-finding and diagnostics on-site
• Ensuring all work complies with current health and safety standards
• Providing high-quality service and advice to customers

Requirements

• ✅ NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or FGAS certification
• ✅ Proven experience with commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems
• ✅ Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• ✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills
• ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
