Do you live in or around the Southampton, Bournemouth or Basingstoke area and can you travel in to/ across to Reading, Newbury, Winchester and wider areas?

Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.

What you'll be doing:

You will be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration units running smoothly across your area, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing, and repairs — all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What we're looking for:

Essential:

• Valid UK driver's license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Desirable:

• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience

Additional info:

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
