Job summary

Vincere Refrigeration Engineer required to service and repair commercial systems across North Wales, North West and surrounding areas. Permanent, full-time role with a salary of £43,996 including standby fee, plus a company vehicle and door-to-door travel.

You will join a national facilities management contractor with a strong reputation, responsible for reactive maintenance, fault diagnosis and ensuring safety and high standards. A UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial refrigeration systems.
• Strong fault-finding, service and repair capabilities.
• Relevant refrigeration qualification / NVQ.
• Current F-Gas qualification.
• Hydrocarbon experience is beneficial.
• UK driving licence and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance, servicing and repairs across commercial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose faults and perform remedial works.
• Work across a mobile retail portfolio across North Wales / North West and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
• Provide a professional service to clients and site teams.
• Complete relevant job reports and documentation accurately.

We are working with a large, national facilities management contractor with an excellent industry reputation, stable long-term contracts and a strong track record of looking after and developing their engineers.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a Refrigeration Engineer based around North Wales /North West or the surrounding areas to work across a mobile retail portfolio.

The Role

• Carry out reactive maintenance, servicing and repairs across commercial refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose faults and complete remedial works where required.
• Work across a mobile retail portfolio throughout the North Wales /North West and surrounding
• Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Provide a professional service to clients and site teams.
• Complete relevant job reports and documentation accurately.

The Person

• Previous experience working on commercial refrigeration systems.
• Strong fault-finding, service and repair experience.
• Ideally hold a relevant refrigeration qualification / NVQ.
• Current F-Gas qualification.
• Hydrocarbon experience would be beneficial.
• Comfortable working in a mobile role with occasional further travel when required.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Professional, reliable and able to work independently.
