Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is recruiting experienced Refrigeration Engineers for permanent and temporary opportunities. This field-based role covers a large supermarket estate, requiring service, maintenance and reactive support with a 45-hour week.

You will work across diverse sites, perform fault finding, ensure regulatory compliance, and complete reports via PDA/CAF, delivering high-quality client service on every visit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working on commercial refrigeration systems in retail or FM environments.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintenance and repair of commercial refrigeration systems (packs, integrals, walk-ins).
• Fault finding and reactive breakdown response.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) per SFG20 standards.
• Ensure all work complies with F-Gas regulations and health & safety standards.
• Accurate completion of job reports via PDA/CAF system.
• Provide excellent client-facing service while on-site.

OTE of £60K

We are currently recruiting experienced Refrigeration Engineers to join a well-established national facilities management provider supporting a major portfolio. Due to seasonal demand and ongoing contract growth, opportunities are available on both a permanent and temporary basis.

This is a field-based role focused on delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and reactive support across a large-scale supermarket estate.
