How You'll Work
- Autonomy & Flexibility: Plan your own schedule, prioritise calls, and optimise routes to minimise downtime.
- Proactive Approach: Use systems like RDM to diagnose issues before arrival and bring the right parts.
- Direct Coordination: Communicate with store teams for smooth access and minimal disruption.
- Compliance: Follow health & safety and F-Gas regulations, keeping accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair refrigeration assets (display cases, freezers, cold rooms, chillers, packs, condensers).
- Diagnose faults using engineering skills and monitoring systems (RDM, Monika).
- Ensure compliance and documentation.
- Collaborate with store teams to reduce downtime.

Essential Skills
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or relevant experience).
- F-Gas Category 1 certificate.
- Electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
- Strong customer focus and ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
Preferred Background in refrigeration/air conditioning or ex-Forces engineering.
