Responsibilities and Duties
  • Attend customer premises to service, maintain, and commission refrigeration and catering equipment to a high standard.
  • Achieve a high first‑time fix rate and minimize recalls through efficient use of labour and parts.
  • Demonstrate a positive and adaptable approach to service calls and workload, aligned with business needs.
  • Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify potential future business opportunities.
  • Contribute suggestions to improve maintenance and repair practices.
  • Identify and signal commercial opportunities to the Sales department.
  • Respond promptly to service requests as directed by the Service Centre.
  • Comply fully with company policies and Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication at all times.
  • Provide feedback and support to fellow engineers, supervisors, and call allocators.
  • Carry out any other duties as directed by service management.
