Job summary

A family-run engineering company in Wombwell is seeking a Refrigeration and Airconditioning Engineer to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various refrigeration systems. This role offers a competitive salary, a company van, and in-house training. Ideal candidates will have experience with different refrigeration systems and air conditioning, along with mechanical and electrical skills. A valid driving license and the ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check are also required.

• Liaise with commercial clients to ensure excellent service.

Refrigeration / Airconditioning Service Experience

• Monday - Friday
• 38.000 - £50.000 OTE- dependant on experience
• On call Rota

Refrigeration and Airconditioning Engineer Responsibilities :

• Effectively diagnose, identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing effective solutions and repairs.
• Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance
• Complete all documents associated with reactive & planned preventative Vertragworks
• Liaise closely with the client (Commercial clients) to maintain excellent customer relations
• Work in a safe and controlled manor following all necessary internal health & safety processes and client specific site requirements

Ideal Refrigeration and Airconditioning Engineer Candidate

• Experienced Refrigeration & Air conditioning engineer, with a minimum Refrigeration Handling C&G 2079 (FGas)
• An individual who has previously worked on a variety of Refrigeration Systems, Fridge, Freezers, Display Cabinets, Cold-rooms, Chillers
• Air-conditioning experience on Split A / C Systems also VRV, AHU
• Mechanical and Electrical Skills
• Full Driving license
• Ability to pass an Enhanced DBS check
