Flowrite Services Ltd in York seeks an experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Engineer to provide on-site repairs and maintenance for diverse systems. The role emphasizes safety, SLA compliance, and professional client liaison, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• F-GAS category 1 certification is essential.
• Experience with VRV/VRF systems and chillers.
• Knowledge of pack systems and hydrocarbon handling is desirable.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attend sites wearing company uniform and presenting ID.
• Carry out cost-effective maintenance and repairs on refrigeration and air conditioning systems.
• Provide technical advice in a professional and clear manner.
• Complete detailed job reports after each visit or service.
• Liaise between client and Flowrite Services Office as required.
• Work in line with SLAs, meeting targets.
• Carry out on-site dynamic risk assessments for safety.
