Job summary

Places Leisure is seeking a Reformer Pilates Instructor to lead classes in a new bespoke Pilates studio in Epsom, Surrey. The role focuses on delivering engaging group workouts with a focus on form, safety and motivation to help members reach their fitness aims.

The ideal candidate will hold Level 3 Mat Pilates and a CIMSPA-recognised Reformer Pilates qualification, with opportunities for training and development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Mat Pilates qualification and a Reformer Pilates qualification recognised by CIMSPA.
• Experience teaching MAT or Reformer Pilates in the fitness industry is preferred.
• Strong communication and motivational skills for engaging participants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Reformer Pilates and related group workouts.
• Inspire and motivate participants to achieve health and fitness goals.
• Ensure safety, proper technique, and a positive class environment.

All our Group Workout Instructors should hold a qualification suitable for delivery of our world-class Group Workout Programme. However, if you are a motivated and driven individual, thenwith our continuous learning and development opportunities,we would be happy to support you in achieving this qualification.
