Job summary

Reformer Collective in Balham is seeking a part-time Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our studio team. You will deliver high-quality reformer classes to members of varying levels, from beginners to advanced, and contribute to a welcoming, studio-wide experience.

You will curate class repertoires, lead Dynamic style sessions, and may teach Tower Pilates. Weekend and evening availability is advantageous, and First Aid or related training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a formal Reformer qualification.
• Experience in teaching group reformer sessions, preferably in a boutique facility.
• Ability to teach in a Dynamic style.
• Ability to teach Tower Pilates.
• Experience in collating and formatting playlists appropriate to class concept style.
• Ideally holds a valid First Aid qualification and/or be Pre & Post Natal trained.
• Weekend and evening availability is preferential.

Responsibilities

• Teach reformer classes at Balham studio and maintain high coaching standards.
• Develop and adapt class repertoire to suit members of all levels.
• Create playlists aligned with class concepts and energy.
• Support in delivering boutique-class experiences for members.

Trained by our Head of Product, you will ensure high quality coaching and industry leading repertoire is packed into each and every class.

Requirements:
