Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure Ltd. is seeking passionate Group Exercise Instructors (Self Employed) to lead engaging and dynamic classes across our premium clubs.

Our programme includes yoga, HIIT and six Signature Classes, all backed by CIMSPA-accredited training and ongoing coaching. Ideal candidates hold a CIMSPA Level 2/3 qualification, can adapt to all fitness levels, and are driven by helping members achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification
• Be able to adapt to all fitness levels and abilities
• Passionate about health and fitness and able to inspire members to achieve goals
• Excellent communication and interaction skills
• Self-driven with a positive outlook
• Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and dynamic group exercise classes across a range of formats
• Adapt delivery to different fitness levels and member needs
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to members
• Utilise CIMSPA-accredited training to maintain high standards

About you

• Please be aware, you must hold a Level 2 or 3 CIMSPA qualification to apply for this role
