Spider is advertising on behalf of our client whoare seeking a motivated and passionate Referrals Coordinator to join them on a 1 year fixed-term contract (subject to continued funding) based in Ipswich, Suffolk.

As the Referrals Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of supporting survivors of sexual violence through effective leadership of their Referral & Assessment Navigator team. You’ll oversee the entire referral management process, ensuring that survivors receive timely and compassionate support from their first point of contact. Your strong assessment and risk management skills will be vital as you navigate a busy environment while building relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the integrity of their services.
As a Referrals Coordinator, you are a compassionate professional with diploma-level education or equivalent, experienced in referral processes, triage, assessment, and safeguarding frameworks. You bring proven risk assessment and management skills, along with team leadership experience, strong organisational abilities, and excellent communication. Highly IT-literate with Microsoft Office and CRM proficiency, you remain calm under pressure and demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity and anti-oppressive practice, ensuring all individuals feel heard, valued, and supported.
