Referral Unit Administrator – Work from Home

We have a working from home opportunity for an efficient and motivated individual to join our team as Referral Unit Administrator.

Responsibilities
  • Process email referrals and assign them via the patient database (RIO).
  • Take referrals via calls and emails from acute trusts, GP's and patients, signposting them to the appropriate service in a timely manner.
  • Maintain excellent admin and IT skills, focusing on a positive patient experience.
Working Hours

This is a Monday‑Friday role working 1 pm to 7 pm.

Location & Working Arrangements

You will be predominantly based from home with all IT equipment provided. Occasional attendance at our Ashford based office for team meetings may be required.
