Job summary

A leading third sector organisation seeks a dedicated candidate to support individuals with mental health challenges in a full-time position. This role involves budgeting assistance, life skills development, and community engagement. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, has strong skills in supporting complex needs, and values empowering women. A comprehensive training package will be provided. Job Details
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time)
  • Job Reference: 25/55
  • Shift pattern: Rolling rota of both day and night shifts. 4 days on, 4 days off
  • Salary: £23,870.55 per annum (pro rata)
  • Based in: Waterloo, Liverpool
  • Terms: 2 Permanent contract
  • Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays, employer’s contributory pension scheme, EAP scheme and other generous benefits

Role

The nature of the role includes supporting individuals with budgeting, managing their tenancy, developing life skills, supporting individuals into community opportunities and supporting women to achieve their goals. Working as part of a team supporting women who have been discharged from secure services who have severe and enduring mental health diagnoses. The service delivered is a person‑centred approach within a therapeutically driven environment, which puts women at the heart of their recovery.

The successful candidate will be provided with a standard induction course along with a comprehensive package of specialist training.
