Main Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the full product catalogue in Vendor Central, ensuring accurate content, correct categorisation, and compliance with Amazon requirements
  • Optimise all listings—titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, and imagery—to increase discoverability, conversion, and overall catalogue readiness
  • Oversee Brand Store strategy and updates, ensuring cohesive seasonal content and strong, consistent brand presentation
  • Monitor sales, stock, availability, and account health; identify issues early and collaborate with internal/external teams for prompt resolution
  • Partner with the Advertising Agency to plan and optimise campaigns, tracking performance to ensure alignment with brand goals and sales growth
  • Produce weekly reports with key metrics and actionable insights, focusing on improving conversion rate, driving top‑line sales, and supporting strategic decision‑making
Person Specifications
  • 2–3+ years previous experience managing an Amazon account, ideally within a 1P Vendor Central environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations. High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate across teams and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
