Reebok Account Marketing Lead - French Speaker FTC

Reebok Europe is seeking a dynamic Account Marketing Lead to join their team. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this pivotal role will act as the key point of contact for a defined territory, managing relationships with strategic business partners and key accounts across both sport and lifestyle categories. We're looking for a growth-driven marketing professional with a deep passion for the Reebok brand, a strong community mindset, and a product-first approach. This is an exciting opportunity to shape account marketing strategies and drive brand impact across Europe.

Contract

This contract is until June 2026, either London or Paris based, and you MUST speak French.

Main Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for leading the marketing strategy and seasonal initiatives with key account partners in France
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to key accounts, aligning with overall brand objectives and seasonal initiatives.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Create seasonal plans and campaign concepts, ensuring comprehensive execution across the full marketing funnel, including digital, social, retail, and experiential activations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver cohesive seasonal marketing initiatives, including content creation, media planning, social engagement, influencer partnerships, staff training, events, and activations.
  • Collaboration & Briefing: Work closely with PR, social media, and creative teams to brief them on upcoming campaigns and content requirements, ensuring seamless integration and messaging consistency.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Monitor and analyse marketing activities, generating insights to enhance performance, optimise ROI, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining clarity, control, and financial accountability.
Person Specifications
  • French speaker at business level.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5- years in trade/account marketing or managing retail brands.
  • Experience in the sports, fashion, or lifestyle sectors is highly desirable.
  • Strategic mind-set, end to end project management, communication and influential skills, capability to manage different campaigns for different accounts at the same time, deep understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends, passion for products and consumers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: you will be playing a key role leading the brand plans for key accounts and connecting marketing, sales, merchandising while ensuring best in class experiences and product campaigns tailor made for each account.
