Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Red Hat OpenShift-based solutions
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system architecture and ensure seamless integration with Red Hat OpenShift-based solutions
- Stay current with emerging Red Hat OpenShift trends, tools, and best practices
- Contribute to the development of Red Hat OpenShift strategies and roadmaps
- Required technical and professional expertise
- Extensive experience in Red Hat OpenShift for support and maintenance of all environments
- Masterful proficiency in software architecture and API/Microservices-based architecture implementation
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality Red Hat OpenShift solutions in a professional setting
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Preferred technical and professional experience
- Knowledge of container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns
