The Red Bull Powertrains Engineering Academy gives elite graduates the chance to work at the forefront of performance engineering, collaborating with some of the most innovative minds in motorsport. Expect to be thrown into real-world challenges that will test your intellect, creativity and resilience, all while rotating through critical departments within Red Bull Powertrains.
As part of this scheme, each graduate will follow a series of rotations designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of power unit development. In the Powertrain Hybrid Pack specialism, you’ll develop your knowledge high- and low-voltage electrical engineering while also designing to stringent mechanical criteria and limitations. The Control Systems specialism offers a unique chance to work across electrical systems, crucial safety algorithms, and full power unit controller development as you expand your existing expertise and theoretical knowledge of controls engineering.
These rotations will equip you with a multidisciplinary foundation as you carve out a career within Red Bull Powertrains and contribute to Red Bull’s relentless pursuit of innovation and competitive advantage in Formula One.
